From Deuteronomy

12 And now, O my soul, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee,
Grant me to fear thee O LORD my God, to walk in all thy ways, and to love thee,
and to serve thee O LORD my God with all my heart and with all my soul, 13 To
keep the commandments of the LORD, and his statutes, which HE commands me
this day for my good 14 Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens [is] the
LORD'S my God, the earth [also], with all that therein [is]. 15 Only the LORD had a
delight in my fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, [even] you
above all people, as [it is] this day.
16 Circumcise therefore the foreskin of mu heart, and be no more stiffnecked. 17 For
thou O LORD my God [is] God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and
a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward: 18 Thou doth execute
the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him
food and raiment. 19 Therefore let me love the stranger: for I am a stranger in this
land. 20 Let me fear thee O LORD my God; thee shall I serve, and to thee shalt I
cleave, and swear by thy name. 21 Thou art my praise, and thou art my God, that
hath done for me these great and terrible things, which mine eyes have seen.
(Deut 10: 12-21)
O Lord thou hast set before me life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore
guide me to choose life, that I may live: and That I may love thee O LORD my God,
[and] that I may obey thy voice, and that I may cleave unto thee: for thou art my
life, and the length of my days.(Deut30: 19)
